New for 2025, the Blizzard Anomaly 94 fills the mid-width range of the line and essentially replaces the previous Bonafide 97. With a totally new construction and shape, the Anomaly 94 takes on-trail performance to the next level with a good deal of versatility and well-roundedness. Sturdy and powerful, these are some top tier carvers with even more energy than its predecessor.

Why we like it:

While there has been a trend towards more approachable and accessible skis as of late, and this one does fall under that category, the Anomaly 94 still has a very high-end ceiling for those who are looking for Bonafide-like performance.

Who it's for:

Advanced to expert skiers with some sort of accomplished skill set will get the most out of Anomaly 94, as it is on the heavier and slightly stiffer side of the spectrum. Less experienced skiers will have a tough time controlling these skis due to their stiffness, weight, and speed minimum.

Highlights:

Blizzard’s Trueblend All mtn Core provides tailored flex patterns to certain portions of the ski to be forgiving when needed yet stable and powerful when you want it to be. Fluxform All mtn Ti provides incredible torsional stiffness resulting in maximum edge grip as well as unrivaled dampness and stability at high speeds.

Things to consider:

The Anomaly 94 is quite a burly ski with the 176 cm length coming in at 2100 grams per ski, which is quite heavy for a flat ski under 100 mm underfoot. What this translates to is less maneuverability at slow speeds but stability and power at higher speeds.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Skis true to size. Sizing down slightly is very common, and we would highly recommend doing that for more maneuverability.
